Profile

Dr Wee graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2002. He also holds a Masters of Dental Surgery in Orthodontics from NUS and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr Wee served as an Associate Consultant in the Department of Orthodontics at the National Dental Centre of Singapore and then as a Visiting Specialist to the Centre before joining our clinic. He is an accredited orthodontist on the Singapore Dental Council's Specialist Register.

Dr Wee is adept in managing a wide variety of malocclusions ranging from those requiring routine braces to patients with severe jaw problems requiring a combination of braces and jaw surgery. He is also experienced in growth modification for early correction of jaw problems in young patients. His research interests includes Surgically Assisted Rapid Orthodontics to shorten treatment time. He is an active member of the Association of Orthodontists (Singapore) where he served as the Honorary Treasurer and is the current Honorary General Secretary.
